Grades 6, 7 & 8
For our 6th, 7th & 8th graders we use the Edge program by LifeTeen. One of the goals of LifeTeen in creating the Edge program is that 
it's “resources speak to the physical, psychological, cognitive, relational, and spiritual maturation of the middle school youth.” Therefore, we chose this program so that each week the youth will be able to participate in a youth group atmosphere while learning more about their faith.
Instead of being in classrooms, the youth are assigned same gender small groups for the year where they will be able to grow and journey in their faith life together. Each week the basic format used is: Gather (welcome and intro), Proclaim (teaching), Break (small groups/activity), and Send (wrap-up, closing prayer). The youth react well to this type of format and are familiar with the structure of the night each week. This allows them to be able to engage each week and get to know their peers and small group leaders.
COST: Cost: $40 per student
$150 family cap
