Spending time with Our Lord Jesus Christ, especially in front of the Blessed Sacrament, is valuable in the participant’s life of prayer. Utilizing different methods of prayer in conjunction with adoration should be seen as particularly meaningful as the participant is in the presence of Jesus Himself.
