Norfolk Catholic Hall of Fame inducts Class of 2026

Norfolk Catholic School, an apostolate of Sacred Heart Parish, held its 11th Hall of Fame Celebration Dinner and Induction Ceremony on Saturday, April 18.

“We are excited to honor the Hall of Fame Class of 2026,” said Jeff Bellar, president of the Hall of Fame Board of Directors. “I am fortunate to be part of the great culture here at Norfolk Catholic, and this is a great way to honor some of those who have helped make Norfolk Catholic what it is today.”

The Norfolk Catholic Hall of Fame has annually recognized athletes and alumni since 2015 who, according to the organization’s bylaws, have achieved distinction in their lives through significant contributions in their career, community and personal achievements, teams that achieved high distinction during their respective season, staff members and supporters who made significant contributions to the school.

The 2026 inductees are:

• Athletes: Steve Denn ’86 and Kayla (Uhing ’07) Simon.
• Alumnus: Aaron Kallhoff ’98 and +Jim Casey ’64.
• Staff: Rosemary (Donohoe ’68) Johnson and Monty Willyard.
• Contributors: Don Kraemer, Gary & Cathy Love Family.
• Teams: 2004 football, 2005 to 2007 volleyball.

 “Inductees are selected by our independent board of directors, which includes past and present staff members, alumni, and past inductees,” Bellar said. “Each honoree was unanimously selected by our board, which means that our entire group sees the impact of these individuals, families, and teams who have contributed to the history of Norfolk Catholic.”
